This kit is uesd for in vitro qualitative assay of mutations in the KRAS gene of human patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and colorectal cancer. the assay results can be used as the reference for clinicians’ selection of population who may receive anti-EGFRs(targeted drug) among patients with NSCLC and colorectal cancer.
